Share your story...

Do you have a story to tell or an experience that you have had at the beach or on our coastline that you would like to share?

Stories from our community

A big part of what we do at Surf Life Saving is educating the community about how to stay safe at the beach and on our coastlines. To help us do this we are always looking for people in our community to share their own experiences and stories at the beach. These stories help us to connect with communities and help communities to connect with our safety messages.

What sorts of things could you share with us...

  • A story about how you and your family enjoy the beach and coastline.
  • A story about the first time you swam in the ocean or at the beach.
  • A story about the beach from a different country.
  • A story about being rescued at the beach.
  • A story about a bad experience while rock fishing.
  • A story about your first experiences of beaches after coming to Australia.

Share your story or experience with us...

Do you have a story to tell that you would like to share? Have you had a scary, happy or life changing experience with the ocean or at a beach? No matter how big or small we would love to hear your story.
