Waverley Council covers 9km2 along Sydney's eastern suburbs of Bronte, Tamarama and Bondi, north to Dover Heights and Rose Bay, west to Queens Park, Bondi Junction and Charing Cross, and south to Bronte.
Waverley Council provides and supports a variety of services, programs and initiatives to sustain and improve the quality of life for the Waverley community. This also includes providing lifeguards on our beaches; maintaining our parks, beaches and open spaces; organising events; and sharing local information and supports available locally.

My role at Waverley Council consists in supporting the development and implementation of diversity & inclusion initiatives across Council. I really enjoy being a part of the Water Safety Committee as it allows me to explore additional initiatives that can help the community enjoy all the recreational activities available on the Eastern Sydney beaches safely.
